I like the way the different principles interact and the way there's areas of restraint (esp eg fricatives and approximants) to balance the more exotic bits. I think if I were to use this though, I'd adapt it a lot. Perhaps just CGV or CV as the max syllable size and maybe add in some Guarani-style nasal harmony to complete the emphasis on nasality.

ADDITION:
I'd quite like to see a Gleb with controllable parameters. So you could say things like "give me something with nasal vowels, simple syllables and no voiced stops". That would be a very nice tool to have.

I would not be surprised at all to find either a Polynesian or Papuan language with exactly this inventory, to be honest. This is pretty much the standard no nasal/voiced stop distinction except the voiced velar is realized invariably nasal so you write it that way.
