I cannot. I am struggling with understanding climate for my own conworld at the moment.

I am unfamiliar with the board's layout, is there a way for me to start a thread for T2's proto or does an admin need to do that?

Click the discussions board for Team 2 (Secret) and a 'Create Thread' button should appear above the search bit.
Once you make the thread I'll make it a sticky so it's easy to access

I can see the Team 1 secret section, but it say there are no boards in that section. What's up with that?

/e: Hold on, the board logged me out at some point. I could still see the Team 1 section without being logged in, but obviously couldn't read any post in it.

I just registered, and I can see both Team 1 and Team 2, and everything in them (I know I can see the number and title of posts in Team 2, but I haven't looked). Is this supposed to happen?

@Cedh or someone else from the Akana project, do y'all still have access to the climate and wind maps? They are currently down on the Akana wiki.

I hope to get signed up for the new forum not too long after I get back from visiting family, which will likely be tomorrow.

At least for Team 1 I'd rather if there were input from the entire team when creating the proto-language. There are things I can't do well (syntax for instance).

Anyway I'll take a spot to the east of the Team 1 urheimat along the bay leading into the north-central isthmus.

Hey Vidurnaktis. Are you on track with the proto-lang creation or do you expect some kind of input from us first?

Hey, I didn't see this. I'd prefer to have input (it's the way I'm used to doing things) but also I've done a phoneme inventory and some phonotactical stuff.

Vidurnaktis, are you alive? Are you working on the protolang? We haven’t heard from you in a while and I am afraid we will have to have someone else do the protolang if you don’t respond.

As not too much seems to have happened yet: I'd like to join too. I think it's a good idea to have plenty of people for each team, since people will inevitable go inactive. There is plenty of room to expand for both teams still, and also keep in mind that one group could stay in the Urheimat.

I am up for joining either of the teams, or for creating a Team 3 protolang, whatever you want.

I've joined the board now. I prefer to just have 'humans-on-fantasy-world' but I can go with slightly quirky things like skin between the fingers (to allow faster swimming) or completely hairy people or something like that.
