The Language Cooker

Siva Kalyan has just written a program that randomly generates a typologically-plausible set of morphosyntactic features for a language. You can generate in a way that is typologically-representative, globally-representative (these are not the same things!), or representative of a particular language family, “macro-area” (~ continent), or country.

You can find the Language Cooker here: https://www.getdatajoy.com/project/5766 ... 7577383711.
Go to the README file for instructions.

The Language Cooker takes its name from the Type Cooker (http://typecooker.com), a website that randomly generates a description of a typeface (or type family), which is then meant to be used as a design exercise by a student of typeface design. Likewise, the Language Cooker could be used to generate exercises for students of language design, i.e. glossopoets.

This is neat. Is this in R, Rust, or some other language?

I also notice almost all the features return either 1 or 0, which I assume to be a yes or no, but some return a 2. Is this a mistake or what do the numbers mean?
