If anyone wants to pop in to https://www.facebook.com/ConlangbyChristmas/ and help shape an evolving language, they'll be really welcome. Interesting features so far include trivocalic nouns and adjectives, a very restricted lexicon of verbs, and a commitment to a unique approach to grammatical gender.
