Dewradia, mod gia. Ju svakre ghumi!
It's Dewrad who's the mod. He's not setting a good example!

Apparently in Hebrew "left groin" is also incorrect, so it can't be interference from that. Why do I think it sounds correct then? :s This is confusing me to bits.

Here is my left groin. I apologise for the light, my room is either too bright or too dark for the camera.

Izambri, I forgot to tell you that Irlandic does have adverbial personal pronouns:

Ven quí con mé. > M'y ven.
come.IMP here with me.OBL > me.OBJ=ADV come
[mi.ˈven]
Come here with me.

Somnaian de té. > T'en somnaian.
dream.IMPF.3P of you.OBL > you.OBJ=ADV dream.IMPF.3P
[tɪn.som.ˈnɛjn] / [tʃɪn som.ˈnɛjn] if it's a girl.
They dreamt about you.

Prend car d'ilya. > L'en prend car.
take.IMP care of=she.NOM > she.OBJ=ADV take.IMP care
[lɪm.ˈpɾen kaɾ]
Take care of her.

Sometimes these are replaced by simple transitive constructions: la prend car, for instance.

[iy̯zʷgʷɛrɛmtʼɑg cʰɑmgɛ:θk]

hm, should figure out if i want anticipatory rounding when rounding contrast collapses before /u/ -- ikʷʼuɟɨ or iy̯kʷʼuɟɨ? probably the former so the diphthong distribution in the descendants doesn't get too weird, since there's basically no other source of /u/

come to think of it i could probably analyze out /u/ altoge--no wait no i couldn't it shows up before consonants that can't be rounded, damn. but since ɨ can't appear after rounded consonants and u neutralizes rounding distinctions... they only contrast after labials, laterals, retroflexes, and palatals. (word-initial u could just as well be called wɨ, no difference)
