2002s pabubo. Tofošam šivel pembi, "Conlangia" šoppafel.
2002, i think. Came over from another board called Conlangia.

---------

Povemba pempem fwoša; pempe pwimmefwafa. ---- Ecco Pappapa
All life in the sea is frightened; this makes the sea a very dangerous place. --- Ecco the Dolphin

(I did my best with these; even after >10 years I still have some gaps where I refuse to borrow or calque a naltang and dont know what to do natively. Also, I posted anonymously at first, as many people did, which is why my registration date is in early 2003.)

If Ecco the Dolphin were rebranded for a Poswa-speaking market, they might change the name of the hero to Džuppae, which is one letter off from the Poswa word for echo, and coincidentally happens to also be one letter off from the word for seahorse.

Pa pimbwi! *puffo* pižapi pažebi rafi!
Oh whoops! *blush* I bumped the thread again!

Dem misop swel apn pas man dem tok ina sem langwic, so mi in paswet. Olso, lif go dol wen olda man tok sem langwic.
Misunderstandings happen between people speaking the same language as well, so I'm not convinced. Also, life would be boring when everyone spoke the same language.

PRTC good-COMP.N.SG.NOM, if NEG say-PRTCP.RES.ACTV.M.SG.NOM be-PRES.SUBJ.2SG, because whole-M.PL.NOM be.silent-PRES.ACT.3PL
You'd better not said that, because now everybody is silent.

If we all notice this, we could write something instead of waiting until someone else starts to write.

Ghosts never sleep, at best they slumber, hidden away in everyday objects like a doll or a cat or deep inside a closet. You should never wake them, or the will haunt you and make you miserable :(.

"veit" = know (cf. German "weisst"), "nekk" = not

You can't believe many things, but that doesn't make them not real.
