man.be.PRS.1P think.PRS.1P it.ACC mean.PRS.such-that.it desire.ACC polite.mouth.anti.in.touch.OP.to
I am male. I think of it as referring to the desire for anal intercourse.

Note: "op" is a noun class marker for nouns related to animals or characteristics / actions shared by animals, such as sexual intercourse in this case. "ar" or "az" similarly refers to sapient beings' characteristics / actions, as in "zdraz", desire.

Another note: That horribly long word is for politeness. The most vulgar (and shortest) word for anal intercourse would be "nypoxmrop" ['nip.ox.mɾop], meaning "asshole-fuck". There wouldn't be any point in adding the politeness marker "e" to the beginning of that, except to be sarcastic.

Koulesch:

Is s'geslecht fomme laut daslich wichtig?
[ɪʃ skʃlɛxt fɔm:ə laʊt daslɪx ʋɪxtɪk]
Is the gender of a person that important?

Denkst du dass Koulesch mit Houchdeytsch aanlich sieht?
[dɛŋkst dʊ das ko:ləʃ mɪt ho:xdɛɪtʃ ɑ:nlɪx si:t]
Do you think that Koulesch looks similar to Standard German?

Koulesch is in d'taat misslich fon Houchdeytsch, file worter habent missliche ausspraachen, und es gibt worter, die missliche bedeytungen habent
[ko:ləʃ ɪʃ ɪn ttɑ:t mɪslɪx fɔn ho:xdɛɪtʃ fi:lə ʋɔrtər hɑ:bənt mɪslɪxə aʊsʃprɑ:xən ʊnt ɛs gɪpt ʋɔrtər di: mɪslɪxə bdɛɪtʊŋgən hɑ:bənt]
Koulesch is different from Standard German, many words have different pronunciations, and there are words that have different meanings

Zeme baispiel, in Koulesch gibt's keinen "ich-laut".
[tsəmə baɪʃpi:l ɪn ko:ləʃ gɪpts ke:nən ɪxlaʊt]
for example, there's no "ich-laut" in Koulesch.

What's with the fuckin weird orthography? <ei> for /e:/? <ou> for /o:/? <uo> for /u:/?

(Oh wait, you are basing this partly on normalized MHG orthography even though in many places you are not preserving MHG diphthongs...)

yes, you are right, the Koulesch orthography is from that of MHG, however, Koulesch uses only the basic latin alphabets like English does.

Koulesch speakers often use <æ> and <œ> for <ae> and <oe> respectively, however, <æ> and <œ> are not seen as indepedent alphabets, they are only seen as ligatures of <ae> and <oe> respectively.
