Hah, thanks ;).

Here's some more crap. Wanted to paint a figure, but then I realized I suck at painting figures. I need more practice.

I think it's about time I start doing some studies.

I worked really long and hard on this picture.

Been working on my dictionary query frontend in an attempt to make both the GUI and the querying script tidier. I daresay it's gonna be rather sweet when it's done.

Nice. Mind if I reprocess that, for fun? I'll show you the result.

Nope. As long as it's just for yourself, never mind. If it's public, make clear that it's based on the original work of someone else (i.e. me)

I made this map last week. It's the latest creative thing I've done. Don't have that much time to spend on conworlding b/c of school, but at least it's a step.

While I'm taking a bit of a break from my main conworld for the next while, I decided to start a new conworld. One place, Lisiri, has specifically caught my eye, inspiring a new conlang, which I started this morning.

- Word order is, by default, VSO, however completely interchangeable.

- add prefixes to each subject, verb, or object, to define it as such.

- attach the same prefixes to adjectives or auxiliary verbs to define them as being part of the subject, verb, or object. Thus, adjectives can be placed anywhere in the sentence.

That's all I've got so far.

The link is fine. It's probably something local.

Edit: Shit wait. I took it off imgur. -.-

Decided to revamp the biome world map of my conworld today because the existing one is outdated and kind of ugly. Going to slightly rework the biome layout as well.

Copy and paste:

Just translated the chorus to The Hippopotamus, for a "mudlang" based on the Sussex dialect's words for mud. This is a one off, so I don't think I'll develop it further. Fact is it's a bit of a relex and I haven't really thought of its phonology. It's just for the "muddy" quality of the spelling, lol.

Smodge, smodge, pawggiawg smodge,
Abswig eedguck ne po clumigh oag smodgpuch
Ach sloager im, sloager
Odge ob oag swoager
Oum awch awr ugh goager
Oam pawggiawg smodge.

Mud, mud, glorious mud,
Nothing quite like it for cooling the blood.
So follow me, follow
Down to the hollow
And there let us wallow
In glorious mud.

Then there's a saying, which is a bit more grammatically developed.
Sugg ga gibbsmodgigh. Slawsworrich awch.
/s6g g{ gIb.”smQ.dZIx | sl{U.”swor\ItS O:tS/
Sugg ga gibb-smodg-igh. Slaw-sworr-ich
Saggogy be place-mud-very go-boot-with there
Saggogy is a very muddy place. Go there with boots.

Edit: I hope to do a picture for this of the "piggish" inhabitants of Saggogy.

Making the first steps to taker Gnoughish away from being a relex and into it's own thing, though I'm taking things from Germanic and Celtic languages.

So far nothing decided, though a combination of Gaelic and German cases; masculine, feminine and neuter genders, as well as using dual alongside singular and plural seems good.

Well, here you go. From a pacifist, here's the hymn of an army. Written in IPA :)

la nɔtʀʏltsɪmœ ʀɛv, dɛ ʒã puʀ la pʀɔtɛʒe
nu vœnõ dõkœ dœ tupaʀtu, puʀ ɛtʀœ sa ɡʀãdaʀme
dœ la site pʀɔtɛktœʀ, dœ sœ ʀɛvœ defãsœʀ
ynjõ dœ la fɔʀsœ dœ tus, nu vwasijalɔʀ lɛzɔʀiɔnɪt

Oh, and it's in French, though I use dialectal words. Last word is the army's name, Bonus cookie for who gets the reference.
