That poor animal looks exceptionaly unhappy. Look at the big sist type thing in the first pic, plus it has cataracs and clearly some skin disorder (chewing feet, no hair).

It is about very cute animals. Jar Jar has personally written to people who've put hideous things up and implored them to take them down. I know because he asked me to get rid of the Cyclops Kitty, which I genuinely thought was cute and posted without any intention to disgust people. I hope the ugliest dog in the world is taken down soon.
Yours, Tim.

Is it supposed to look like that?
And how old is it? It makes Yoda look young and sexy.
And I can definitely count at least 6 claws on its front right paw. That is not normal. Is that thing real?
And where did the teeth go in the first picture?

Apparently, the thing was quite real, but died last November, at the age of fourteen. I wasn't able to find anything on just why it looked like that. Although I'm not sure if I'd really want to know. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sam_%28dog%29

I haven't read the wikipedia article [China], but one thing immeidately occurs to me. My gran's dog lived to be 17 or 18, and looked NOTHING like that. It still had hair and a sensible amount of toes, it was just deaf, a bit blind and had hip problems. Something was very wrong with that dog.

Sam(dog) wrote:Sam (November 1990 – November 18, 2005), a blind Chinese Crested hairless dog, and three time champion of the annual Sonoma-Marin Fair World's Ugliest Dog Contest in Northern California in 2003–2005. His ugliness gained him international fame and celebrity. So much so, that his death was a top headline on major news websites.
Susie Lockheed, his owner and a resident of Santa Barbara, took him in as a rescue in 1999.
In 2005, Sam starred on Criss Angel's 2005 Mindfreak Halloween Special which aired on the A&E Network. Sam played the role of Criss Angel's cat, who has been dressed up in a Halloween costume.
Due to heart complications he was euthanized on November 18, 2005, just shy of his 15th birthday.
Thanks a lot! That dog wins an award for most unfortunate creature. At least it looks like that woman looked after it well.
I'm still puzzled about how many claws that foot had....
