Un poco prescriptivo tu castellano, pero es sin ninguna duda operativo.

Si nos fueramos por lo puramente prescriptivo, entonces debería ser «te lo juro que tengo 22 años», ya que «que tengo 22 años» es el complemento directo del verbo... (Pero por supuesto, lo de «te lo juro que tengo 22 (años)» sería lo más normal en salvadoreño también.)

Torco, do they celebrate the quinceañera in Chile, or is that a Mexican thing?

Also, some people celebrate their fifteens; mainly yuppies.

In El Salvador it's more widely done, you can also see it practised in towns. Some people call them with the word "quinceañera" but I think "fiesta rosa" (rose party) is more common.

People like to joke with 14 year old boys that they're also going to receive a party, a "fiesta clavel" (carnation party), but in reality it doesn't happen.
