The statement was:

That implies two things:
1) In that future age, humans will be able to assume all kind of forms - say, our personality can be extracted from our body and put on a "personality chip" that can be implanted into all kinds of beings and things.
2) People are willing to become stop signs. As the picture shows, even now you can find people who dress up as a stop sign; so you may also find people who'd like to try out being a stop sign for a day (presumably including being kicked by drunks and being peed at by dogs), by having their "personality chip" and some sensuatory equipment installed into one. I can't imagine anyone would want to do that permanently, but for a day or two? People have the strangest fantasies.
I thought your objection was against the sceond implication; if it was against 1) - well yes, then my posted pic didn't address it.

If you are planning to make an auxlang, shouldn't you have already researched those languages enough to know basic facts like that about them? It does not require all that much study to determine that sort of thing. You should already know, at least, that English has SVO word order and agglutinates moderately with derivation but not at all with inflection.
