Cedh has wonderfully promoted my first official conlang grammar (PDF) already - thanks! 
But there's also a blog dedicated to the language which I'm trying to run at the moment, attempting to flesh out the whole thing a little bit more and trying to make it more accessible than a bulky PDF!
EDIT: Oh, and in addition, there's this analysis (PDF) of TAM and evidentiality affixes, which is kind of diachronic, and also spans the language family to which High Eolic belongs more broadly - in order to provide a wider perspective on things.
