decir que una palabra es 'rica' es muy idiosincrático. eso no malo, but it's a playful sentence, just so you know. se parece a que una palabra sea 'tasty'

Thankies to you both. And Pwanlai, with some cleaning up your drawing has great potential. :)

I was recently commissioned to draw a portrait for some people as a wedding gift. I think it turned out pretty damn well.

Thanks :). I just did it in not more than two minutes on MS Paint when I needed to kill some time.

Semi-unrelatedly, Zimmy is awesome.

As an exercise in translation, here are some small things I've been working on:

Ilian Migration Card (not surprisingly, also for foreigners)

Whose the kid?

And BTW, Hi again, E.I.! Seems I haven't heard from you in a while.
Haha, thanks everyone. I've been drawing for a long time and have gotten decently adept at it, I think.

Anyway, I have no idea who's who or anything. I didn't really ask a lot of questions.

You do realise that Mitteleuropa didn't really go through the same kind of architectural styles as the US? Tywie in the late 1800s looks suspiciously American.

did pre-war Falgwia use special bricks that resisted all attempts at perspective drawing?

Heh, looks like Viktor carried his Victorian (is that where his screenname comes from?) fetish into his conworld.

Maybe someone should make a thread on architecture, the various styles, and their implications for conworlders.

Initially posted this in the camwhore thread, but I guess it counts as creativity as well.

We have to make a short, short (about one to three minutes long), little movie in school, and the one my group is going to make features a character (whom I was assigned to play) who is all frozen and frosty and barely alive in the beginning of the movie. We're going to try to start shooting tomorrow, so I tried the frost makeup out today. I took a picture of the result, and then add a few filters to match up with the look of the filters I'll add to these clips when they're recorded:

I'd love for you to try my game out! Here's the forum thread about it:

Those styles are all French-inspired so it can be reasonably assumed they have their roots in Europe. Perhaps the slate is out of place (I see a lot more tiles in Kaliningrad) but I can't see what else would be out of place.
