You only said that because you didn't want anyone else to quote your second to last post

Rusanov strikes me as, if not a Linkkola type, then at least someone who would not exactly be *opposed* to some sort of primitivism, which puts him in a very different category than me, äreo, and maybe pthag but I'm not sure.

I don't get it. How does America have six billion people?

'Cos America's the world, there ain't nothing in the world but America. We're all Americans. I came from the State of England and now live in the State of Spain. But like a majority of American citizens I can't vote!

Edit: didn't world population estimates go up to 7 billion last year?
It was about time I changed this.

Yes, quite, I'm sure america's hegemony over the world costs them a lot and yields them no benefits as a result.

It gets them (particularly the government. not necessarily the citizens, especially not the proletariat) power. Which is not something to be sniffed at.

Nah, I can see why you would compare Rusanov and Linkkola; they're both anti-Western. But for very different reasons. The religious and ethnic reasons of Rusanov put in very different camp from the ecological-minded Linkkola. Rusanov would only be for economic or population degrowth in the case of decadent Westerners. Noble Slavs can get whatever they want.

I go to McDonald's and use plenty of other American exports. God knows how much of my money has found its way into American pockets. :P

How ungrateful you are towards our lords and masters!

Certainly, we proles haven't YET used our power as the universal class to once-and-for-all rule the world with truth and grace, but privilege and power aren't all-or-nothing things! It is true that hegemony does not *guarantee* citizens power, but in the case of liberal democracies under which we happen to live, a significant amount of power *does* trickle down to us.

"And I love the Beatles. Shut up! Isn't England America too!" LMAO

Since I don't have the sound on (and don't understand Japanese anyway) are the subtitles for real??? Hilarious and with (I feel) a valid point.

<Nae> I have a formula
<Nae> which gives me a value that is within a margin of error of what i know is the right value
<Nae> like
<Nae> it gives me something like 7%
<Nae> when the answer is around 8%
<TheFizzMeister> What's the formula for?
<H13> if you input a number it approximates this number within a given margin of error
<H13> that is all it does
