I know the whole Anas thread has been officially quoted here, but for some reason I found myself laughing particularly hard at this little sentence:
Ms. Osperpup wrote:Maybe it is good that you visit one of your charming institutia that you have here, such as the psychedelist or the straitcoat.
I just hope Ms. Osperpup herself isn't reading this ... 'snot nice, making fun of people who aren't native speakers of English when they make mistakes ...

EDIT: Sorry, something else I particularly enjoyed (every other post seems to be making me laugh at the moment):
Harple, in the Word Association Thread but that doesn't really matter here, wrote:NUNTAR!

Image
The caption's only funny with the picture of course, and vice versa, but as far as I'm aware the quoting of images in this thread hasn't yet been banned ...

O, you shouldn't worry about that; Ms Osperpup's English teacher, whom she detests, never made fun of her for making mistakes; so, logically, that's what she craves most!

And please do continue to quote the Anas thread. After all, not all of it is funny. Just choice grits.
So take this body at sunset to the great stream whose pulses start in the blue hills, and let these ashes drift from the Long Bridge where only a late gull breaks that deep and populous grave.
