edit: NOTES ON MY HAND-- Io, that giant hotel we see saw by the station has rooms between £250 and £2,500/night. Yeah. Also, did you notice in the London Evening Standard that there had been a flash mob dance outside the palace sometime that day? lol

There's a very big difference between shock and loathing that you seem to be failing to pick up on: shock depends on the shocking element being unexpected. But after you've learned to expect it from someone and it keeps happening over and over like a broken record, you are no longer shocked, just annoyed. Perhaps if I could burn off your genitalia with a cattle prod you would understand the difference.

This is, kinda, what I look like at work. Admittedly, in this photo I'm not shouting at anybody, nor am I actually at work, but I'm actually wearing a chef's jacket.

You really ask from us a lot, there is hardly any light on your face and there are two big dark circles around your eyes, really not the best picture to judge your age, but since I've seen plenty of pics of you before I'd say you do look younger.
