Believe me, I tried...

Two months of antibiotics didn't work.

I was on them for a year and a half and just requested to be taken off of them for stronger stuff because they stopped working. Not sure how this stuff will go but hopefully.

Note that he is wearing a skirt. It's not exactly convincing but it's a very good effort.

Try using toothpaste, just normal toothpaste before you sleep at night. Sorta worked for me (it's more a solution to the larger ones as opposed to just a face mask--but if you want a face mask and a minty smelly pillow, g'ahead). Also, try your damned best to never, ever touch your face during the day.

Zinc ointment (or pills) might help as well, at least it did so for me and my brother. I wasn't too bad a case of acne during puberty though. Also avoid fatty and sugery food (e.g. chocolate).

That was taken on Easter Sunday, which is also when we celebrated my younger brother's birthday since he wouldn't be home on its proper date. Note that my beard has begun to recover a little from the ruin wrought upon it by an overzealous barber a week and a half earlier.
