given that the website link on publipis's userpage leads to "Soap's Userpage" I think it's pretty safe to say that, yes, they are the same person.

he's kind of a scatterbrain, exactly the kind of person i'd expect to forget that he operates a concurrent sockpuppet.

I've been Yiuel on most boards I ever joined. I've changed to Yiuel Raumbesrairc here, but the latter part is simply a Xurnese word, which can be roughly translated as "Far-traveler".

I used to go by Primordial Soup. The name was something I came up with on the spur of the moment and I never terribly liked it, so when I returned here after a long absence I changed it to Chengjiang.
[ʈʂʰɤŋtɕjɑŋ], or whatever you can comfortably pronounce that's close to that

It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a 青.
