I saw a short paper linked here that gave an overview of a language with a minimal inventory.
The inventory was this, IIRC:
/m n/ *EDIT: no nasals
/p t k ʔ/
/s/
/β ɾ ɣ/
maybe /h/ *EDIT: yes
/a e i o u/
/ɾ/: [ɾ~l~d]
*ti
si

s̩
There was some description of word construction as well.
I can't find the post/paper anymore. Anybody know the name or know where I can find the paper?
*EDIT:
the paper

The conlanger formerly known as “the conlanger formerly known as Pole, the”.
If we don't study the mistakes of the future we're doomed to repeat them for the first time.

The only language in that table with both /G/ and /?/ is Rapoisi.
Siöö jandeng raiglin zåbei tandiüłåd;
nää džunnfin kukuch vklaivei sivei tåd.
Chei. Chei. Chei. Chei. Chei. Chei. Chei.

Aha! It is Rapoisi! But no nasals. Thanks, Nort.
The
thread/post, the
paper, where I remembered the amusingly empty consonant table.
