I saw a short paper linked here that gave an overview of a language with a minimal inventory.
The inventory was this, IIRC:
/m n/ *EDIT: no nasals
/p t k ʔ/
/s/
/β ɾ ɣ/
maybe /h/ *EDIT: yes
/a e i o u/
/ɾ/: [ɾ~l~d]
*ti
si s̩
There was some description of word construction as well.
I can't find the post/paper anymore. Anybody know the name or know where I can find the paper?
*EDIT: the paper

Chances are it's Ryukyuan (Resources).

The only language in that table with both /G/ and /?/ is Rapoisi.

Aha! It is Rapoisi! But no nasals. Thanks, Nort.
The thread/post, the paper, where I remembered the amusingly empty consonant table.
