A proposal: anyone who posts a PNG language is disqualified from posting a language again. And if they afterwards guess a language correctly, the poster of that language gets to post another language. Also, if one suspects that a language is a PNG language, it is permissible to use Google to confirm that that language is, indeed, a PNG language.

No. I caused it because I spammed this thread with samples of PNG languages. I'll post only languages from other countries from now.

The language was Inoke-Yate.

Here's a text in the current orthography in the same language:

Seems like no one feels like relying on guesswork; so why don't we close out this round -- hear the answer, and get a new mystery sample going?

Who would provide the new mystery sample? Opipik again? He's already done that twice in a row now, and whoever provides one, it surely needs to be a considerably easier language to guess.

That's a second form of terminology for classifying these languages that I wasn't already familiar with. The answer's no. I am hesitant on which extent we should give clues or which type of questions we should be asking.
