Share some of the allophone groups in the natlangs of the world. When someone creating a conlang wants to decide what allophones they're going to have, they can turn to this thread for inspiration.

Well, probably most sound changes start as allophones, so you could dump the entire sound change compendium in the L&L Museum into this bin.
