PIE and English equivelants

Post by hadad »

What's the reconstructed word in PIE for the english verb 'Ask'? I've been studying Hurrian, and came acrossed the hurrian verb 'Ashk-', and I just was wondering about a possible loanword. Or is it a chance resemblance?
