I can't find a good resource for mayan logograms anywhere. I would have thought a logogram would have been a good choice rather than a syllabary-made word

Its a cluster of three quarter sized scars under my armpit, a 1 1/2in scar from the procedure under my shoulder blade and some smaller marks from the scope etc -- not planning on having it huge but there is space between them

If you're having a problem finding an aesthetically pleasing scrap of Mayan, I would recommend getting some tribal tattoos in the area, or maybe something classy like the name of a dead relative surrounded by stars.
