I've never heard of Gichtbeere, but the dictionary says it exists. The more common term is schwarze Johannisbeere, though, and the juice of that is schwarzer Johannisbeersaft accordingly.

Verbs go at the end of the clause even in main clauses if the V2 slot is already occupied by an auxiliary. In subordinate clauses, verbs generally go at the end. (Actually, the people at the German linguistics department I've had classes with prefer to treat German as OV rather than VO and Zompist's example in the LCK isn't wrong at all.)

Je sais mais je réussis à faire des fautes quand même. Personellement, j'analyserais comme étant SAOV, le verbe conjugué n'occupant pas du tout la même place que le verbe non-conjugué.
I know but I manage to make mistakes anyway. Personally, I'd analyse it as SAVO, the conjugated verb not having the same place as the non conjugated verb.

Lol no.

Le mil agus liomaid. Ach tha mi ag iarraidh feuch cofaidh agus sùgh-dearc-dhubh a-nis. Tha bainne le mil agus caineal agus dinnsear blasta cuideachd.
With honey and lemon. But I want to try coffee and blackcurrant now. Milk with honey, cinnamon and ginger is also tasty.

EDIT: @Hallow Dreizehn: Das weiss ich nicht. Ach tha litreachadh coireanach nas fhasa na litreachadh Sìnis gu dheimhinn.
That I don't know. But Korean orthography is certainly easier than Chinese orthography.

韓国人はだいたいそんな誇らしい感じがあるそう。そして、書記体系と言語が分けられないと思う。でも、その後半は、日本人と中国人と西洋人もやってるんだ。
Koreans seem to often have this kind of arrogance about them. And they have an inability to distinguish between writing system and language. But then Japanese and Chinese people and Westerners do the latter too.

Je crois que c'était pas du tout de l'arrogance; les coréens arrogants (dont il y a vraiment trop -- vive le racisme) sont ceux qui te disent que le coréen est incrédiblement difficile et qu'on a voté pour le Coréen comme la langue la plus difficile dans tout le monde etc etc etc

Ma hypothèse personelle est qu'il a dit ça pour me motiver. Il est très gentil.

I think that wasn't arrogance at all; the arrogant Koreans (of which there really are far too many -- yay racism) are those who will tell you that Korean is incredibly difficult and that people voted for Korean as the hardest language all over the world etc etc etc

My personal hypothesis is that he said that to motivate me. He is a very nice guy.

Ich weiss aber ich vergass als ich schrieb. Vielleicht dachte ich am deutschen Wort. Aber warum gibt es einen 'e' am Ende 'Coirèan'? "Tha beagan coirèanaise agam" ist schon gut aber es bedeutet eher "Ich kann ein bisschen Koreanisch", oder?
I know but I forgot while I was writing. Maybe I was thinking of the German word. But why is there an 'e'? "Tha beagan coirèanaise agam" is fine but it means "I only know a little Korean", isn't it?
