*A false friend (though etymologically related). "Verstaan" nowadays means "to be able to comprehend speech" (as opposed to "horen", which is just perceiving sound, and "begrijpen", which means to understand what you both "heb gehoord" and "verstaan"), though there are some expressions, e.g. "een goed verstaander heeft maar een half woord nodig", where "verstaan" leans more towards German "verstehen".
**More idiomatic here would be "Ik begrijp 'm niet", referring to the joke (instead of just having no idea what ˈd̪ʲɛ.gɔ kɾuˑl̪ is even doing or why).

*If you're just running around with all kinds of things and lack any free time, I'd say "druk" without "bezig" ("ik ben zo druk ..."). "Bezig zijn" (and hence "druk bezig zijn") means more in the moment, as opposed to eternally "Ik ben nu druk bezig, maar zometeen heb ik weer tijd".
**Or "dat ik geen tijd meer kan vrijmaken", or "{de tijd niet|geen tijd} meer kan vinden" or the like.
