Anyone know Papiamento?

I got a voicemail today from what is apparently a security company in Aruba and it's in Papiamento! At first I thought it was really messed up Spanish but then I heard Dutch and then it all made sense. This is my first time ever hearing Papiamento. Can anyone understand it? If so, what is he saying, in Papiamento and in English? Many thanks! Masha danki!

EDIT: whoops, sorry, it can; you just have to open it from within the APPlication.

The language sounds cool, even though I can't understand a word of it... apart from "Skype" and "telefon numer" (?)
