Does Anyone Have a Latin Wordlist?

Post by SilentMember »

As the title suggests I am searching for a word list for Latin, preferably a spreadsheet. I have tried searching the internet and the forums for one, but none of them separated the words from the definitions. To get the words I'd have to individually copy/rewrite the words or go and delete all of the definitions, which would take a long time to do, time I do not want to spend. If you know of an Excel spreadsheet, great! If you know of another kind of spreadsheet or one in a table, those would be nice, too. Thank you very much in advance if you can help me.

1) Go to http://www.wordgumbo.com/ie/rom/lat/fdlateng.txt
2) Select all the text (Ctrl+A).
3) Open Excel.
4) Paste *Special*.
5) Choose "Text".
6) Profit.

*Optional*: 7) Look at other wordlists at http://www.wordgumbo.com/ie/rom/lat/index.htm

Thank you, thank you much. I didn't realize you could do that.

No vowel length marked...
Useless...
The conlanger formerly known as “the conlanger formerly known as Pole, the”.

8) Edit entire list to include vowel length and then repost as a superior product
