Would ɸætʊt xaʊtod be realistic and make enough sence to happen within 1,000 years? If not please give me an opinion on how i could make it more realistic and how much time it would take to develope.

The short answer is: yes, it is entirely reasonable for that to happen within a thousand years' time. There is nothing wrong with it. It's somewhat unusual for a final consonant to gain voicing - it's much more common for final consonants to lose voicing than gain it - but that just makes it interesting, not wrong.
