Since nobody else seems to be asking: is this a Papuan language?
I did have a bizarrely similar (to the original poster's) accident about four years ago, in which I slipped over a cookie and somehow twisted my ankle so far that it broke
What kind of cookie?

What's North Papuan? It's spoken in the north of PNG, yes.

It's Palei, but not Urat.

(Urim has <kg> for the prestopped velar nasal and <ngk> for a velar nasal + velar plosive sequence. Urat has engma, and a bunch of other weird shit.)
