Is it that creole of Mandarin, Mongolian and Tibetan, Wuntun IIRC? Has lots of various words that fit into any of the families

It's Wutun.

I think <jh> is /c/. It's in the same series as <xh>, which in one of the papers I read was transcribed as [x\].
