Fonts supporting Egyptological Aleph and Egyptological Ayin

Can anyone recommend a font that supports Egyptological Aleph and Egyptological Ayin <ꜣ ꜥ> that won't look egregious with Times New Roman? Apparently none of the fonts on my offline computer support it, and Times New Roman excludes most of Latin Extended-D...

Update: Doulos SIL works.
