Resources on Gallician-Portuguese

I'm looking to get more into Latin's linguistic history, particularly I'm really interested in Galician-Portuguese/Old Portuguese/Medieval Galician and the development of Portuguese, but all other Iberian Romance languages are welcome as well. So, can anyone recommend any good texts so I can get some footing in this subject, preferably on the net or in an accessible pdf?

Well...this is pretty esoteric, but I once found this interesting article (that I never actually read in its entirety :P) in Spanish on the history of gustar. It used to mean just 'to like', like gostar (de) in Portuguese:
