Prot-Algonquian resources

As a kind of follow-up to dhok's Kansas Algonquian language, does anyone know of any online Proto-Algnquian resources?

http://home.cc.umanitoba.ca/~oxfordwr/bloomfield1946/ Bloomfield's 1946 Algonquian sketch is online. Other than that, though, you're kind of out of luck...most stuff is trapped in conference papers. I'd be more than happy to send you a starter pack of papers on comparative Algonquian, though; PM me your email address.
