Where the hell is it? I used, obviously, to have a copy on my computer, but I've somehow lost it - and now both the Leiden host and Phar's mirror are down.

So is it available anywhere anymore?

[I worked out that the author was Frans Planck, and I worked out that he was in Constance, and I found his page there... but I could find a link to it, or even a mention of it in his list of publications.]
