Where the hell is it? I used, obviously, to have a copy on my computer, but I've somehow lost it - and now both the Leiden host and Phar's mirror are down.
So is it available anywhere anymore?

Assuming the document has moved, it might be good to post in this thread in the L&L Museum to update the link...
