Isn't that they are just been (mistakenly) used to represent /θ ð β/ here?

Turkmen:

/p b t d tʃ dʒ k~q g~ʁ/ <p b t d č j k g>
/ɸ β θ ð ʃ ʒ x~h/ <f v s z š ž h>
/m n ŋ/ <m n ŋ>

/æː a e ø o i y yː ɯ u/ <ä a e ö o i ü üü ı u>

ben ijen bolmalɯ θeniŋ køkeleriŋi. øjde Amandan baʃga adam jok. Iθlendik tema bojuntʃa maglumat gøðlæːp βe goʃup bilerθiŋið. jardam θahɯpaθɯndan kømek alɯp, Garalamada tedʒribe getʃirip bilerθiŋið.

Ben iyen bolmalı seniŋ kökeleriŋi. Öyde Amandan bašga adam yok. Islendik tema boyunča maglumat gözläp ve gošup bilersiŋiz. Yardam sahıpasından kömek alıp, Garalamada tejribe gečirip bilersiŋiz.

Having read the section on Turkmen long vowels in this, I'd also propose this:

/p b t d tʃ dʒ k~q g~ʁ/ <p b t d č j k g>
/ɸ β θ ð ʃ ʒ x~h/ <f v s z š ž h>
/m n ŋ/ <m n ŋ>
/l r j/ <l r y>
/(æː)* a e ø o i y (yː)* ɯ u/ <(e) a e ö o i ü (ü) ı u>

Ben iyen bolmalı seniŋ kökeleriŋi. Öyde Amandan bašga adam yok. Islendik tema boyunča maglumat gözlep ve gošup bilersiŋiz. Yardam sahıpasından kömek alıp, Garalamada tejribe gečirip bilersiŋiz.

*Apparently /e:/ only appears two contracted verb forms and /æ/ in two fused verbs and a few borrowings and in some areas of the language /æ:/ is the long counterpart of /e/. Further down the same page it is stated that most instances of contrasting long and short vowels forming minimal pairs where one is a noun and the other a verb. Thus, given the nature of Turkmen morphology, ambiguity is low.

I can see you're trying to imitate Welsh. Here's Welsh:

Stop p b t d k ɡ
Affricate (tʃ) (dʒ)
Fricative f v θ ð s (z) ɬ ʃ χ (ʁ) h
Nasal (m̥) m (n̥) n (ŋ̊) ŋ
Trill r̥ r
Approximant l j (ʍ) w

Close ɪ iː ɨ̞ ɨː ʊ uː
Mid ɛ eː ə (əː) ɔ oː
Open a ɑː

Maybe you could come up with a Cyrillic- or Arabic-like script.

stress is mobile so it needs to be marked

I've been struggling to find a good romanization for this for a while.

example sentence (too lazy to mark stress)

/mai ntapʰ humoja faʔa çauʧatɬʰaqˀimo ŋ̊ala kepʰala ɬosiçe. kʰaupiwa ʦakassiçe apʰ futuwaja qopassiçe. ntapʰasa aṃajiʧakʰa kʰaupiwa tɬˀamassi mai/

Thats my attempt to make it 'readable' at least, too me. <ḑ> as [ʦ] makes my eyes bleed ;-; and I think <ʎ> is easier to tell apart from <l> than <ɬ>. The reason why I used <7> is that <'> really doesn't feel like a letter and can be easy to lose track of in a block of text. Underdot is supposed to be used for all non-nasal augmentations, but for whatever reason it does not fit under <p g c>. For shits and giggles this system ends sentences in < - -/ //> depending on how great is the shift in the topic or how long the pause should be.

A phonology I've been toying with:

/m n ɳ ŋ/
/p t ts ʈ ʈʂ k/
/pʼ tʼ tsʼ ʈʼ ʈʂʼ kʼ ʔ/
/s ʂ/
/l ɭ r ɽ/

/i e a o ai̯ ae̯ ao̯/

The syllable structure is (C)({l ɭ r ɽ}V({m n ɳ ŋ s ʂ l ɭ r ɽ}. Ejectives occur only before vowels. Retroflex consonants can't occur next to alveolar consonants and vice versa. Stress is initial.

also have I posted Cherun here yet

/i/ can't appear next to a back (rounded, alveolar, or velar) consonant, and /ɯ/ can't appear next to a front (palatalized or palatal) consonant -- they only contrast around glottals. This also applies to the components of diphthongs. Final consonants are rare and I might take them out altogether.
