some new additions: Nyo and Pirate Haven Islands:

Catalboinia and Acute Pancreatitis:

Acute Pancreatitis is the only country so far that doesn't have its rivers slicing deep troughs through the mountains. This is because the first bump map I used was just made from the composite image I made, so it still had all the text and rivers on it.

As seen from the moon that is inexplicably identical to Earth's moon (the size of the moon in relation to the planet and its distance from the planet are identical to those of Earth's moon, but the field of view is probably not human-sized, so the Earth probably appears closer):

Are Cleveland and Detroit part of the KH7?
This is a thing you should decide.
I'd like to make them a part of it, yes.

Some of the more recent backstory for the areas of Cleveland and Detroit (as well as the colonial holding to the east, which I take it is a part of the Aurora Rossa Federation—if it's okay that I write a bit of their history in writing mine, and that I copy Izambri's style):

The Western Reserve was a geopolitical entity that was the westernmost claim of some power during the late 20000s. Over time the desire for independence grew.

The Revolutions Age
31685 Tensions in the Western Reserve finally snap. War erupts and dominates the surrounding area for the next century or so. Balkanization of the territory occurs during this time. The region separates roughly into three main regions: the Michigan Territory in the north, the Ohio Country to the south, and Penn's Woods to the east.
31701 Detroit first emerges as a loose organization of villages from the remnants of the Western Reserve.
31758 Pittsburgh first emerges as a loose organization of villages from the remnants of the Western Reserve.
31796 Cleveland first emerges as a loose organization of villages from the remnants of the Western Reserve, led by war-chieftan Lorenzo Carter.
31835 The Toledo War begins between groups from the former Michigan and Ohio Territories; the objective was control of a strip of land which is now home to University Circle.
31836 The Toledo War ends with the Ohio side in control of the disputed lands.
31848 Epaphroditus Ransom begins consolidating several of the city-states in the Michigan area into a forerunner of Detroit.
33600 Large iron ore deposits are first discovered in what would later become Industrial Valley.
33641 Large iron ore deposits are first discovered in the Pittsburgh area.
33689 Many Cleveland-area tribes consolidate into the Ohio Federation.
33741 An attempt by the Cleveland Federation to invade Pittsburgh is launched.
33750 The attempted occupation of Pittsburgh ultimately fails.
33819 Henry Ford, an inventor, outlines a plan to ultimately bring the three regions (modern-day Detroit, Cleveland, and Canfora [then Pittsburgh]) together in a single large empire. He relegates these ideas to his papers.
33875 The son of a prominent banking family discovers Ford's notes while examining his library, made public after his death. The family colludes with several others to conquer the region using Ford's rubrics.
33899 The War of Integration begins.
33937 The final resistance having been crushed, the War of Integration ends and the Western Reserve Empire is formally instituted with emperor Clement Vallandigham.
34563 The Empire splits in two, the smaller region north of the Cuyahoga and the larger to its south and east of a line roughly vertical from Lake Erie. Both claim to be the official Western Reserve Empire.
34767 The First War of Unification, led by the larger fragment, commences.
34771 The First War of Unification fails.
35112 In a surprise move the smaller empire opens the Second War of Unification.
35123 The Second War of Unification ends in a victory. In the intervening period the throne changes families several times. Civil unrest and talk of secession brew.
35804 The War of Liberation begins: Moses Cleaveland rallies troops from the southern regions of the Empire; Jean François Hamtramck pulled together a resistance from the north; in the east, General John Forbes led a rogue branch of the military as well as an improvised army from the populace.
35829 The War of Liberation ends; the Empire is divided into three self-governing rump states: Detroit in the north, Cleveland in the south, and Pittsburgh in the east.

The Contemporary World
36246 Commencement of the Euclid Corridor project to provide greater highway infrastructure and easier access between Tower City, University Circle, and the Industrial Valley region.
36247 The Aurora Rossa Federation invades the former Western Reserve, the initial waves mainly restricted to the polity of Pittsburgh. Cleveland, Detroit, and Pittsburgh oppose the Federation in the War of Bridges.
36249 An ARF invasion of Cleveland is thwarted when the Cuyahoga River is ignited as troops try to cross it to get to the mainland. The occupation of Northern Cleveland is subsequently repulsed.
36254 The War of Bridges ends with the absorption of Pittsburgh Aurora Rossa Federation. The borders with Detroit and Cleveland remain as they were prior to the conflict. As a result of the war, Cleveland has been somewhat depopulated—both through casualties and through emigrants.
36263 Commencement of the Euclid Corridor Project, designed to facilitate access within Tower City as well as with University Circle.
36295 Current year. The Euclid Corridor Project is still underway.

So Zibban is 23,370 years old? It was founded in Earth's equivalent of 21,357 BCE (assuming year length is the same). Also the Cobbled Kingdom was founded in Earth's 8508 BCE. Pretty old kingdoms!

A history for Nyo, and later FTB, some stuff is copied over from Izambri's history of Zibban:

The Warring Centuries

13447 - 13520 Homorganic Wars. Homorganic peoples, leadered by their lord, Ejective the Closed, devastate eastern South Centerica and the Middlelandean shores.
20557 Arithnan reports revelations that he believes to be from Cthulhu conveyed to him through spirits that resemble pop stars. The content of these revelations, known as The Recitation, was memorized and recorded by his companions, giving birth to the Zåmpstam religion.
20579 After Arithnan's death the Zåmpstami begin their conquests.
20633 Zåmpstami armies invade Zibban and other neighbouring countries.
20651 The Zåmpstami end the conquest of Zibban. Logmon the Great rules 1/3 of the world from Zibban.
22864 The Kingdom of Musin appears on the Middlelandean shores after separating from Zibban.
26453 The Kingdom of Nyo emerges following a revolution in Musin.
28456 Nyo expands to roughly its current size

The Revolutions Age

c. 32210 Some maritime powers, like the Brat'isc and the Choghans, as well as Nyo, start exploring the large Megalo ocean. Settlements are founded in far lands. The colonial era begins.
32347 - 32364 Land Settlement's War, fought among maritime colonial powers for oceanic hegemony.
32361 Nyo loses control over its territory in southwestern Eastia in the Land Settlement's War, however it retains control over its territory of Tsinpis, located in southern South Centerica
33563 Kayu Rosye of Tsinpis discoveres that by crossbreeding the numerous bees found in the colony, new and more productive types of bees can be formed. This results in an increase in trade possibilities, improving the power of Nyo.
34935 - 34940 First Tsinpis bid for independence, this bid is quickly stopped due to mixed and insufficient support by the people of Tsinpis.
34942 Tsinpis granted limited autonomy.
35991 - 35996 Flamewar Revolts in Zibban.
35995 In response to the Flamewar Revolts, Nyo begins to increase its military.
36056 Failed Coup d'état instigated by the Cobbled Kingdom and the United Orwellian Empire
36065 Tsinpis granted full independence, allowing Nyo to concentrate its military forces at its homeland for protection from the Cobbled Kingdom and the United Orwellian Empire.
36119 - 36126 Mesosphere War I, which takes its name from the use of mesospheric airships in air battles.
36126 The 1st Mesosphere War ends, causing the disintegration of the United Orwellian Empire. The core of the United Orwellian Empire, in North Centerica, is succeeded by the Aurora Rossa Federation.
36135 The Great Mutation Incident occurs in Tsinpis when Karyo Kasasha attempts creating a new bee crossbreed that can survive well in hostile environments, placing uranium in the hive in order to speed up the process. The result is technically a success, as the resulting bees are indeed well suited for surviving in a hostile environment, however the bees themselves are highly hostile.
36155 The new hostile bees have spread though most of central and eastern Tsinpis, prompting many residents to flee to either Nyo or neighboring countries to Tsinpis.
36156 Nyo's population explodes due to the mass exodus from Tsinpis, prompting the construction of numerous new settlements along the coast.
36183 Tsinpis is formally remained as the Federation of Terrible Bees (FTB) by those who are willing to stay in the country.
36203 FTB attempts using some of the hostile bees as a defensive measure, but all plans fail when the bees simply move on to new locations. It is believed that they have started to develop ways of using the bees offensively if absolutely necessary, but these plans are believed to only be rumors.
36240 - 36246 Mesosphere War II.

The Contemporary World

36249 The Katyona family takes control of the monarchy in Nyo after the last remaining member of the Yumak family (Queen Noya) dies of old age.
36252 King Kuratut decides to wear only dresses, as he prefers the breeze they can provide on hot days.
36255 The first pants tax enacted.
36273 King Mamyo, son of former king Kuratut, decides to tax barber shops, saying that everyone should have long hair, short hair is just boring.
26284 The first tariff on pants is enacted.
36295 Present Day

May Nyo be a member of the Key Humps 7?

I imagine there's more than one History in the world, that civilization has begun and recommenced a few times, with some technological peaks and "ends of the world" in between... but that hasn't avoided a continuous memory of very far events and peoples.
So modern Zibbanians may consider themselves the successors of the peoples that inhabited the Zibbanian Empire, even when both peoples didn't share much in common (different religions, languages...) except for their name and the land they tread on. The Zibbanian Empire and the Zåmpstamic Republic of Zibban aren't the same state, that's for sure, but their peoples aren't the same nation or have the same culture either.

And about the length or division of years, I dunno. I only created some month names (Rimbu, Milt'n, Fäxxes, Vërdu, Vezsa) and a pair day names (Fumfsday, Sheshday), and these are just the Fungl'isc versions, used by the Brat'isc peoples.

I thought I'd expand a bit on Jerho. If some one were to make a geographical or topographic map that would be nice, considering I lack the software, the money, and the art skills.

Jerho

Motto "I had to think of one?, shit..."
Anthem "More Human Than Human"
-----
Capital Jerkzone
-----
Languages Auroran (Northern Dialect), register known as Jerksi
-----
Demonym Jerk
-----
Government Autocracy
Autocrat Jerh (surname omitted)
Successor Twinky The Hooker
-----
Legislature None
-----
Currency Orren Stamps
-----
Drives On The Left
-----
Calling Code +77
-----
Internet TLD .jh

Regional Subdivisions

Jerkzone Proper- The capital city of Jerho, and easily the most densely populated, in fact, most if not all internal and external affairs are dealt with here- even if it concern other regions. Besides functioning as such, it is also home to the only non-hooker, non-Jerh, and non-runaway citizens in the country, thanks to waves of minor immigration. Also, it is home to the only embassy in the country, that is to the Dead Wastes, which has an embassy in every country in order to collect garbage (total speculation). It is located right on the border with Aurora Rossa, just in front of Jerh's vitriolic friend's house. Due to the large amount of Jerh influence in the area, the politics swing to right.

Governor: Lenny Zzyzwald of the disco-metal band Öbsölëtë (3dx68-)
Co-Governors: Fluffy (Cubozoan), Johnathan Myer (Jerh's contest winner), Earl Rixon (Jerh's best friend), Lyoe Amulis (Jerh's step-swester)

Notable People: Jeff Stargowe-Nyler, Keris Hebon, Therriling Phim, Greg Uzunian, Ambrose Quellitz (Avant-Garde artists); Zant Rayis, Porla Ygon, Wyllum Sandert, Jennifer Izling (libertarians); Fezsos Minlel, Ynne Huger, Reqs Hiram Bace, Otho Eubert (investors), Marina Arbin ("oracle")

Jerkzone Outskirts- Surrounds the entirety of Jerkzone Proper, but lacks the massive poplulation or the presentable infrastructure. Also, it lacks Jerh's general influence, forcing him to cut it off from the main city-province for economic reasons. In spite of political differences, Outskirts has the exact same climate as the capital itself (as well as neighbouring parts of Aurora Rossa)

Governor: Frank (surname redacted) (Jerh's brother)
Co-Governors: Arex Billups (Loan Shark), Timoteo Brandt (second-prize winner), Dillof Fay (AWOL Upper Bay soldier), Luxotica Spectacles (Sunglasses)

Notable Places: Erminon Brothel, Jerho State Prison, CON College

Alzoff- Bought territory from League of Lakes, it consists of the cold area below the aforementioned country. It is also home to the only war in Jerho's history, where LOL Unionists tried to take it back, but only succeeded in grabbing a small morsel of land and grafting Lakish influence onto the area. LOL does not federally claim it as property, but the LOL Unionists Party does, and as a result it is treated like a Lakish subdivision, due to Jerh's ignorance of the area.

Yondland- Far western strip of land bordering the Skymegas Mountains. Home to nobody, but rumours say the ghost of it's former citizen, Brantley MacPhail still haunt the northern area.

Supeross- The center-south and largest region in the country. Jerh goes here when he needs privacy, other than that only Auroran escaped cons and Jerh's brothel live here. That's it.

---

I intend to update more later, but this is what I got, forgive me if it was forced, I did this let everyone know I am still in the game.
Hey there.

I'm currently working on Cleveland. Feel free to complete the lower section as long as you leave a low (1000-1500 m) mountain range on the border with Kosk.

These are some nice maps and all, but I wonder if perhaps we've missed an opportunity to have a little more fun with it. For example, Acute Pancreatitis: surely the main rivers should trace the path of the pancreatic duct and the bile duct? An enormous gall dam constructed on the lower common bile duct may, for example, have formed a huge inland lake flooding all of what was once its habitable land - save of course for what are now the islets of langerhans - thus explaining why it is, indeed, acute pancreatitis.

The shape of the main river of Ding Dong should of course go without saying. In point of fact I was considering mapping Hutaz - back before you guys got on the mapping thing - by finding an appropriately-angled picture of actual boobs, changing the palette used, and declaring it an elevation map. But it was too much work, and now, of course, it's incompatible with what's already been done.

Well I included the Gallbladder and the bile duct anyway.

I told Click he ought to have a valley running along the length of Ya to keep the shape of it geographically. And it's easy enough to put a second lake in Hutaz on the other side, like the one off of Zibban.
