Your is "tew" or "to" in some dialects. /əw/ → /o/ in most cases in southern dialects.

I'm not quite sure how Pembrish contractions work yet; I'm thinking there'll be variation between the beon and wesan forms of the copula, even though the full forms are all beon, but I don't know how realistic that is.

Yeah, the annoying unstressed bits that OE dangles off its adjectives all get lost.
