Well, let’s see. If one assumes their IPA values, <g> and <z> stand out as the only voiced stop and fricative respectively. So maybe they're /ŋ/ and /t͡s/, as Yaali Annar suggested. Also, the sample and the conlang's name suggest that <y> is /j/. At first I would also think that a double vowel indicates a long vowel, but I find it suspicious that the only doubled vowel in the sample is <uu>, which appears five times in such a short sample. Could <uu> be a digraph? Could it indicate /ɯ/? In this case, <eu> could also be a digraph with the value of /ə/ or /ɤ/ (I wouldn’t use <eu> for /o/ is <o> is available. Well, I wouldn’t use a digraph for /ə/ or /ɤ/ if <o> is available).

/n ŋ/ <n g>

/p t t͡s k/ <p t z k>
/ɸ s/ <f s> (dunno, I just have a gut feeling that it's /ɸ/ and not /f/)

A little unorthodox in your presentation, but:

Nem beroeith nerívághal rentó machont doiné. Doiné beroeith n’en mathí cid talí neví. Orgí.
/nœ̞̃ː bɛˈʁɔɪ̯ːθ̠ nɛʁiˈvæːʁɐw ʁæ̃ˈtoː mɐˈXɔ̃ːt dœ̞̃ŋˈeː ‖ dœ̞̃ŋˈeː bɛˈʁɔɪ̯ːθ̠ nɛ̃ː mɐˈθ̠iː kɪːd tɐˈliː nɛˈviː ‖ ɔʁgiː/

You can guess the phonological processes at work there I guess?

Yeah, the sample isn't exactly representative, but I don't actually have that many samples saved. I hadn't noticed before that uu was more common than ii, but both are possible. I mean, this doesn't even contain all the consonants – no "f".

Here's another one; the only problem is it's an old version of the language:
Zekepu nupele tenuyelyanutuu fuituifiisu tenuzufufuite.
(By which I mean in the newer version I stopped using the nominative and accusative suffixes -pu and -su)

Is <ch> the only digraph? The absence of <k> suggests that <c> = /k/, so:

/m n/ <m n>
/p b t d ts dz tʃ dʒ k g/ <p b t d x z ç ƶ k g>
/s ʃ x h/ <s ş ch h>
/ʁ/ <r>
/j l ʎ/ <j l ł>
/a e ə i o u ã ə̃/ <a e v i o u ã ṽ> (or /ə ə̃ e o aː ãː iː uː/ <v ṽ e o a ã i u>)

or:
/m n/ <m n>
/p b t d ts dz tʃ dʒ k g/ <p b t d x z ç ƶ k g>
/s ʃ x/ <s ş ch>
/ɣ/ <h>
/v ṽ ɾ̃ j l ʎ/ <v ṽ r j l ł> (/ṽ ɾ̃/ come from –phonemicized?– lenited /m n/)
/a e i o u ã/ <a e i o u ã>

If you want people to actually play your game, you have to stop with the diacritic spam. It's not necessarily a bad thing to have a lot of diacritics, but for every post? Try something which can be interpreted broadly. E.g.

a b d dd e g h i ij j k l ll m n nn o p r s ss t tt u w wj

For purposes of collation, each digraph is counted as a single letter.

No example was provided so I took some liberties:

Roots, with basic forms like VCVCV, are merged to form phrases?, and stress is compounded. Vowels are unstressed, stressed (overdot), overstressed (underdot), according to some hierarchy. For reasons, i and u are never unstressed. E and o took their unstressed sounds or something.
Consonants also change when syllables are merged and clusters form; rather than being absorbed, the 'lesser' consonants soften. But these softer forms are not only allophones, soooo they get their own big boy orthographic representations.

W/e.
