Very simply, with a relative clause: It's the oldest of the conlangs (that) I'm still working on. You don't need to have a preposed adjectival phrase.

On the other hand, Cyrlillic had been shoehorned [onto quite a lot of Asian languages]*, so I dont see any problems.
