Very simply, with a relative clause: It's the oldest of the conlangs (that) I'm still working on. You don't need to have a preposed adjectival phrase. :)

(I could see it work well enough, if it's to be assumed that most vowels without a macron as written in the Latin script are to be pronounced extremely short and thus not represented in the Cyrillic script. Maybe?)
