Try this: b q d f g h k l m n p r ŕ s sh v w x z a e i o u â aa ee ii oo uu âa :
p t k /pʰ tʰ kʰ/ (you seem to have ‹t› in your example sentence but not in your grapheme inventory) b d g : /p t k ʔ/ f s sh x q h /f s ʂ ʃ χ h/ v z ŕ /v z ʒ/ m n l r w /m n l ɽ w/ a aa â âa e ee i ii o oo u uu /æ æː ɑ ɑː e eː i iː o oː u uː/ (assuming that à and ă are typos for â)
surface phonetic processes:
/æː ɑː eː oː/ > [ɛə ɑə ie uo]
/æ ɑ/ > [æˑ ɑˑ] / open stressed syllables
/p t k/ > / adjacent to voiced consonants; > [b̥ d̥ g̊] / between vowels
epenthesis of [ə] in other clusters of mixed voicedness or awkward sonority plosive + /ʔ/ > ejective; fricative + /ʔ/ > ejective affricate, including as sandhi across words
stress on the leftmost overheavy syllable (underlyingly closed with a long vowel), otherwise penultimate

I have an alphabet after all. Here's a challenge. What will you do with the apostrophes and the weird consonant combinations? Can you make sense of the phoneme inventory and the lack of some common letters, such as K or S?

*Uncommon letter only found word-finally.
Although the alphabet has two digraphs that count as letters in their own, it doesn't mean that you can't create more digraphs based on the sample text. Unfortunately this font doesn't distinguish between the upper cases of ɩ and i, but they are two separate letters, distinguished in other fonts. Maybe you can work out a conreason for why these don't letters don't necessarily need to be distinguished in the upper case.

/h/ nasalises adjacent vowels, which in their turn nasalise adjactent stops.
Phonetically oral stops are lenited to voiced stops after phonetically nasal consonants, and to voiced fricatives intervocalically.
