About 105 (232 1/2 pounds) last time I checked. I am trying to lose it, but progress is slow, if there is any at all.

I can top that, I weigh roughly 245 pounds (111.13 kilograms) at 5' 9" (1.77 meters); of course at the beginning of the year the first number was substantially larger. I can boast, at least, the modest saving grace of relatively broad shoulders; from the front, I look rather lighter, though still quite large, than I really am, but the truth is eminently visible when I am seen from the side.

Dude, 60 kilo is hardly the "ideal" weight for a 178 male. I am a 179 male and my lean weight [this is, all fat aside] 73 kilo. I would say that 60 is the lower end of the recommended weight spectrum, quite near underweight. I would be worried if I was less than 50 kilo with 165, to be honest.

20 is the lower band of the recommended [not ideal], the higher band being 25. The BMI scale is far more suited for determining underweight anyway... it gets all fucked up towards the upper part of the scale... after all

Since we're on this subject:

I'm about 140 lbs now , and 5'6", which is on the high end of the ideal for an adult female of my build, but still within the limits. Then again, this is the first full year I haven't been completely under weight, so I'm going to be more active and try to get some more muscle once it's not summer. It's too warm for me to be very active.

I wanted to determine whether vampireshark is underweight, and I used my knowledge about my own weight as comparison. I've heard it to be slightly below the ideal, so that's what I used.

Interesting. I'm 5'10" and 12st4lb (172lb), or 178 cm and 78 kg, and I think I'm slightly overweight. Naturally I have a medium to heavy build, but I've put on weight due to a term of eating pizza three times a week and hardly exercising at all...

EDIT: that makes my BMI 24.7, so I'm just short of "overweight". I still wouldn't mind losing a few pounds.

I always fancied you would be taller than I am, for whatever reason (I am about 6'1" and weigh around 260 lbs. -- in metric, that comes out something like 1.85 metres and 118 kilogrammes), and so am a bit surprised by this.
