If 'semen' (as opposed to seed) needs to be specified, then the normal thing would be to specify the species (aimurnama, lākānama, aźrinama, etc, compounds from aimurā, lākan, aźri 'cattle, horse, human (male)' ).

Valsadrian:
atsopat: lame
Boringly, derived from Italian azzoppato "made lame". A periphrase, dudira fit (literally "to be broken", but implying the permanence of the state of broken-ness) is also used (slightly differently). One might say pèġa bor atsopat "he is lame" or müara chidus (am pèġaca) dudira fiar "his left leg is broken", but not *müara chidus (am pèġaca) bor atsopat or *pèġa dudira fiar.
Next word: freckle (or some equivalent thereto, I suppose, if your speakers are non-human)
