Re: Conlingual Telephone
I should have had the text translated yesterday, but I haven't even gotten it yet...
A note: I'm not sure how much time I can dedicate to it on Monday-Thursday...

I'm really sorry that it is taking me so much time. I have a day off tomorrow, so if I don't finish it by then, I'll pass. Again, sorry.

All this time I was still looking for a thread called "Conlang Relay"...

Re: Conlingual Telephone
Unfortunately, I could not complete the translation, so I was skipped. Lyhoko Leaci now needs to translate from Náles to Myonian. I have also readjusted the dates.

It still says I'm translating from "?".

Re: Conlingual Telephone
Would a lexicon that listed words in the order they appear rather than alphabetically be better?

Re: Conlingual Telephone
Yes, that would probably be better. Definitely better then staring at the list of verbs for 5 minutes trying to find the one that fits...

Ah, that's better. Though there seem to be a couple words that you either forgot, or are so mutated I don't have a clue as to what they are...

Re: Conlingual Telephone
Everything should be there. I didn't list auxiliaries, though, since they're covered in the grammar.
I sent Mr Z a second version with a few corrected typos; hopefully he sent you that one—is last word of the first sentence "lennuonseutde" with a d? (it should be)
Also, don't pay attention to my thread on Náles. The little information that there is there is slightly different from what I used to translate the text.

Re: Conlingual Telephone
It's now in English... now to come up with a bunch of new Myonian words. (And I see a use for 'midit'!)

Okay, it's pretty much done now. It wasn't that hard, really. I'm just finalizing everything.

We're nearing the deadline -- how's it coming...?
Also: Mr Z, you should probably change the first post to reflect the fact that I translated from English.

Re: Conlingual Telephone
The Naisek translation should be ready within 24 hours. I have a few more words to invent, but I don't like the style so I might have to tweak the grammar a bit if I have time.

Re: Conlingual Telephone
The Naisek translation is done and all pm's have been sent, although the translation leaves a lot to be desired -- it's very awkward stylistically.

I got it late enough that I ran into shit IRL (it's a good thing I decided not to go to Europe early) but I'll try to have it finished tomorrow.
