As always, the comments on YouTube are entertaining.

I suppose Arabic, Turkish and Kurdish? Turkish sounds malplaced in my ears, but since there are Turkish comments and parts of the lyrics that also sound a bit different, I guess that's indeed the case.

Whoa, that's weird. I was listening to the same thing just as I saw this post.
I did have a bizarrely similar (to the original poster's) accident about four years ago, in which I slipped over a cookie and somehow twisted my ankle so far that it broke
