SI = the Ancaron prefix that creates a related word from a root.

Now the actual one:

Standard Ancaron ['okjon] > Kecykan oc̃ ['oc̃] ~ ['ocn̩]

Don't you guys just hate the way I make everything into crappy monosyllables? Kecykan makes such a great bastard child :D

This is becoming addictive...
Also, I feel like PS's CV structure turns every word into a Gairaigo-like husk.

It's not very stable, as you can imagine (actually, it is assumed to be a transitional form from the earlier plain velar, but it's nevertheless the oldest easily reconstructed form), so the sound change to ʝ happened quite quickly. At this point, it's in free variation with ɣʲ.

It does now, as it did back in 5000 AE.

Teskwan: djouduhin /d̥ʷjʷuduhin/ [d̥ʷɥuduhin]

Yes, this is stretching it a bit, but there are no open syllables, they must have an onset. The coda must end in a consonant and usually borrow words that end in vowels with a /n/ for the coda instead of leaving it open. Plus /d̥ʷjʷ/ probably cannot occur on its own without being in a compound word.

I give the underlying phonemes because it is more interesting.
