The firts large outline I wrote, is the history of the Isholian Plain (named after the river Ishol (large river)). Comments aren't forbidden. Enjoy!
The first civilisations were formed here around 5,500 BBC, they peaked from 2,300 BBC till 1,050 BBC.
By the early last millennium BBC they were involved in a long series of wars with the Trakonians and the northern half of the Plain was occupied by 825 BBC. The Alijo Zudaleri was formed by then and succeeded in pulling back the Trakonians and their bloody religion lowly northward. The Alijo was eventually overtaken by the growing Olak Morani in 230 BBC, due to the decadency of the Great-Kings of the Alijo. Fearing persecution, the whole Zudalian people fled to the north-west of the plain, hiding in the untouched northern woods. The Moranians threw the Trakonians out in 3 BBC, by conquering the capital of the Trakonians, in the lands of the North Moranians.
In 1 BBC the Senate of the capital Badbasirvem granted King Duaseron IV the title of Seronek (Emperor), and thus from that moment he was known as Serolagar Duaseron I. He conquered the last independent baronies in 19 ABC. The Empire prospered for about 2,300 years, but thereafter it declined due to corrupt governments and imperial overstretch, losing its influence and power in the remote areas of the empire. In the 22th century, the genius but mad Emperor Pantonar V conquered successfully large parts of the Lake Shire, the realm of the Cardans. The Cardan peoples secretly formed an underground resistance, which involved about 70 % of the Cardan peoples. A successful uprising occurred in 2314 and the emperor had to whitdraw his troops in 2320. A few decades later, the southern league had driven out all the Empire's legions in 2403. Only the Northerners remain true to the empire. In the 2900's they had to face a revolution in the heartland, because of the high food prices, that was eventually crushed by Emperor Mekejlon VII in 3031 when he captured the capital of the Isholian Republic, Amvamur (Island-city). The last great Emperor Tremoëron II threw the Easterners out of the northern woods and brought the Empire to a last peak, known as the last sunrise (3020-3150).
The Emperors of this era had to spend their live fighting against the tread of the United Cardan Empire, and in 3150 the last Duaseronian emperor Amvar V had to flee to the southern shires of the Isholian plain, because of a coup of generals and after the coup, the empire went into its Dark Years. The empire had to bow for the Cardans in 3224, when Bedbasirvam fell and with them the last soldier-emperor Anveron II, who was the first emperor who tried not to appease, but to fight the Cardans. It would be his last act as an emperor, he died during the afternoon of the 24th Rain Month 3224, after a reign of 6 years.
The Cardans proved to be good rulers and organisators, but the Eastern and Western Moranians wanted to be free again. In 3302 the Cardan Emperor Akom II granted the West-Moranians vassal states in the Isholian Provinces. Why did this go so easily? The Cardan peoples were now fighting amongst each other and the Kardan empire had gone into its Dark Years. During the Interbellum between the first and the second Lake War, all West-Moranian vassals had become independent (early 3390s). The Cardan Emperor Brigazom IV sent an army to reconquer the members of the Isholian League. He was able to march uptil the borders of Morania, where king Mekejlon VIII ruled. Mekejlon faced an army of about 1,350,000 soldiers marching towards his borders by the late spring of 3406. He was able to gather about 230,000 soldiers of whom only 100,000 were real soldiers. The battlefield was located near the Northern Marches and the Moranians saw that they were outnumbered by the Cardans. The ultimate victory was surprisingly for Mekejlon, who slaughtered the tank armies and destroyed half the Cardan airforce. He won, and by the summer of the year 3409 he forced Brigazom to sign a treaty in the advantage of the Isholian League and the Otian Empire, whose emperor Twasto IV declared to be the heir of the Ancient Empire in 3414.
In 3504 the Isholian League united and became the Kingdom of Morania. The King, Duaseron XX was the heir of Amvar V and proved he was a descendant of Emperor Akvam V, but the Otian Empire considered that to be the ultimate insult the imperial crown of Otia and emperor Twasto VI declared war in 3505. Morania was surprised, but had been able to maintain a respectable army, because of its importance for trading in the United Moranian and Cardan Empire. Twasto V spent his time in the Capital Oterveng, formerly known as Badbasirvem, and ordered his generals what to do. Mekejlon IX, the king of Morania, was wise enough to listen to the advice of his Marshals and Generals and began to harass the empire anywhere they could. In 3514 Otia lost the right to hold the imperial title and they were compelled to pass the title to the Moranians. Their reluctance to do that made the Northern Moranians join Morania and the fate of Otia was sealed, although Morania had to fight another 10 years to capture Oterveng (Bedbasirvem). Bedbasirvim had seen enough war and they didn't want to become the capital once more. The Moranian's capital Isholirvan became the Empire's capital.
The Moranians drove out the last Otian troops in 3526 and in 3527 Mekejlon IX accepted the imperial title and named himself Kervag Mekejlon I and established peace on the Isholian Plain. From 3678 till 3692 the Moranians conquered the power vacuum in Western Sarinia that left after the Sarinian civil war. After these territories were pacified, the sixth in line for the imperial throne had usurped and wanted the throne from Kervag Akvam II and the Alankervag Duaseron III (the successor of the Kervag Alig). The civil war took place from 3701 till 3708, and the same year Anveron was executed. Since then, Moranian hasn't been involved in a war for 207 years.
