Notice how I said "many if not most" as opposed to "most if not all"? Wordings like that are important. They mean things. There are some non-op transsexual women. They do exist. Most that I know want to have SRS eventually, but not all.
Also, it's "trans women". Trans is not an affix, it's an adjective.
