[r] always gives me trouble. I know how to do it, but in the middle of a word it gets stuck. It feels more natural for me to do it in a posh English accent.

It's more a Cockney thing than Estuary, but yeah, it can and does happen. In my more colloquial/vulgar moments I do it.

Interesting. To my ears you English accent was good, although I'm having difficulties listening to Vocaroo this morning. It's downloading slowly, and its fragmented. Do like your range of accents though.
