Etymologically the first part comes from muna "news, information (esp. written on a sign)" with an -m affix to denote the noun being affected by it (what Latin calls a past participle, though it seems odd to use that to describe a noun). The second part, which is optional, comes from wes + mava, the meanings of which I'm not sure of yet (I've been working backwards in time, so I have tons of morphemes reconstructed for the parent language, but with empty definitions)

As a verb it could be either bus or sate, both of which carry a sense of passivity, meaning the subject didn't specifically seek to find something, it was just there in front of him. To make it more active you could add wawa to the end of the verb to indicate the subject found what he was looking for, or ku to specify that he was looking for something but what he found was not what he expected. Thus:

Yup, hot red spots. Lovely.

The first stage of acaerabansáma is characterised by the appearance of extremely itchy red and purple blotches around the neck, the armpits, the pubic area and sometimes the chest. The burning sensation that accompanies the spots is unrelenting and very painful. These blotches will burst when squeezed, and tend to disappear naturally after 2-3 months, and quicker with treatment. If the condition is not treated within 2 months of the first symptoms, it develops into stage 2. After a latent period of 4-8 months, stage 2 symptoms will appear suddenly. This is characterised by an almost constant high temperature, cold sweats, frequent delirium and hallucinations, weak joints, trouble breathing and swallowing, and tremors. Without treatment, this can develop into gangrene in the extremities, which will then lead to death.
